@silver fish, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree that having a picture of the other side of the coin would be helpful. Finally, using the "poll" option isn't really necessary--we will try to answer all of your questions. Don't stress about having your thread in this format though.

Question about the OP's coin. At 12:00, 11:00 and 4:00 on the obverse. Those flower looking areas. Are those a type of counterstamp, damage or just an inherent difference in the coin?

chafemasterj, those are countermarked on the coin. I am not able to identify it yet.

The OP coin is dated AH 1116// RY 48. The coin posted by Bob L. is AH 1112// RY 45. The mint name Itawa is clear on both.
