 Hi Folks, I just purchased this expensive 2015 birth set for my granddaughter and I'm so disappointed with the quarter that has this big spot on it! What is it? I expected the set to be perfect like my other grands birthsets are! I'm thinking I should refuse it - got on ebay. Please advise me what it is, does it devalue her coin and if I should return it? Thank you, for your help.

If that spot was not seen it the sellers photos demand a replacement. If the seller does not do so immediately report to ebay as a bate and switch. |

 Take Drdon's advice. I would definitely demand etheir a replacement or a refund. Errers and Varietys.

Don't settle for that - most sellers will take care of it including sending you a prepaid postage label and if not ebay will. |

if you couldn't see the spot on the sellers photos, they should pay return postage. |

I contacted the seller promptly and they responded this morning. Said they didn't have anymore to replace but, will refund my money. ebay is going to send me a shipping label. Whew! that was scary! Thanks for your advice! |

Thanks CoinCents,me too! I should receive the label tomorrow and when it reaches the seller they are supposed to refund my money. I will update when I receive my money back. In the meantime, back to the drawing board to find a 2015 birthset for my granddaughter.

Just wanted to update you about the return of this 2015 birthset proof to the seller. The seller did refund my money! However, they put the set back on ebay and have changed the quarter. It doesn't have the huge spot and it appears to have been replaced with another quarter. The new quarter doesn't look like a proof to me. Could someone please tell me what the big spot is? |

That's good that you got your money back, but can you please provide pictures of the other Quarter that doesn't look like a proof to you? That would help you and us. We won't be left guessing etheir.

Sure! As soon as I can get it to download, I'll put it up. I don't like it because I was told that they didn't have another set to replace mine. When my money was credited back to me, the company put another one up for sell. In fact, it maybe the one I bid on without the spot quarter.
