I was doing some cleaning in my ICCS box and take pictures of differents grades. Found this dime wich was graded F-12. As a reference for further Victorian coins to grade, is is more a strong VG-10 then a F-12?

There is a fair amount of distinctness in the braid. It's close, but I'd agree with F-12 ... or maybe VG-11.5

Looks like a VG-10+*.9999, but in all seriousness I agree that is looks more like a strong VG-10, it also looks like its been cleaned and since ICCS tends to let most cleaned coins straight grade, I think they should have at least kept it in the VG grade.

There is enough detail left in the laurel leaves and the
hair ribbon to warrant a F-12.

Edit
Correct typo

F-12 by a hair. I'd expect a price closer to VG money.
