I just checked my collection bin from a while back and found this Wheat cent. As I'd tried to figured out whats wrong with it and see some sort of zinc rot, but realized it was copper not copper plated zinc. Also, there might be lamination on the obverse. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks you very much guys!

Note what looks like a bump, is folded over lamination. So it is a planchet issue not PSD.
