I'm not experienced enough with Peace dollars to attempt a grade that you should take seriously. I think it will grade well though. Just compare with PCGS and NGC graded coins.
I do see do flattening of the hair above the ear. I usually correlate this with a worn die, but I wonder if this could also occur from a coin bumping and rubbing another coin in a roll. That region looks to be "very" flat. There is a similar (and smaller) worn spot on the reverse. Look at the feathers on the upper middle region of the wing.
It will be good to hear from some of the more experienced people to see what they think about these flat regions.
