Do you have a RedBook? compare the photos in PCGS Coinfacts between any modern proof versus circulation strikes and you can easily discern the differences. Report this Post to the Staff

They are issued in proof sets inside a plastic holder. I think it's safe to say any proof no S is impossible to find in circulation. Report this Post to the Staff
