I found this 1992 D penny coin roll hunting,it looks like it has 2D mint marks, it's pretty apparent looking in a magnifying glass, but this cell phone camera doesn't take the best photos. I couldn't find 1992 D on a RPM list anywhere, but let me know what you think. Thanks for your help.

It looks like the remnants of a burst zinc gas bubble.

That's Zinc Rot setting in, from the Copper plating splitting (Split Plate Doubling). It's damage, not an error or variety.

You won't find any RPM's after 1989. In your title what does DD stand for? DD usually stands for doubled die, your coin is not a doubled die. The proper way to say doubled die is DDO or DDR. DDO=doubled die obverse.DDR+ doubled die reverse. As alreadt stated, you have split copper plating causing zinc rot.
