I was wondering if you can get close up pictures on all 3 of them. I think you have the real deals, but close up pictures would really help. The first coin does look like it's been cleaned in the past.
I looked again, and they're indeed the real deals, but close up pictures on the doubling would be great, since it would be easier to see.

No to the carbon spots, you're sunk. I sure don't see a DDO on any one. Not the big un!

Yeah, I see the doubling on LIBERTY on the middle and right coin, so I assume the left coin is the same. If they are carbon spots, then there's nothing to be done without damaging the coin. I'm not 100% convinced they are carbon spots, though, so an acetone bath may help. Either way, it won't hurt.

The second and third are def DD's and the middle one looks like the big one. I can't tell if the third is the same DD but it's def easily identifiable. On the first one the Y looks doubled but too hard to say about the rest of the coin. As far as value, you can usually find these pretty easy online in low to mid 60 grade like $20 if I remember correctly. So if you can't get those spots off I'm thinking maybe $5-$10

Thank you for posting close up pictures! I appreciate it. They're very good pictures. I also love your prize Doubled Die Obverse as well.

IMHO,the spots ruin them. You might be able to sell them on the bay as hole fillers? John1

Does it matter how long I keep them in acetone to see if helps black spots?

Acetone probably won't remove them, but it can't hurt to try.

Yep. Unfortunately, carbon spots and fingerprints will not come off. Fingerprints will only come off in Acetone, if they're fresh fingerprints. When the fingerprint is on the surfaces for too long, it ends up permanently staining the coin, as the acid eats away at the metal.
