Got this today. L in Liberty, IN and WE, date, and initials all appear doubled to me, but am a noob. Also, would this be full bands? Should I have it graded?

to the forum!

That is Machine Doubling. Either the coin or the dies shook while the coin was being struck. This is not a doubled die and does not carry the value a doubled die would.

Nor FB! It is circulated with lots of wear.

You can look for certified and graded examples in Full Band on ebay.

Agree, a bit of MD and a well-circulated coin, possibly cleaned at some point.
