Well I got the new one that they say is for collectors not circulation.  I did find about 10 that have die chip on the date on the 0, and also die cracks above the 0. In did see on Canada going from the N to the A the start of a die crack and then from the A to the D Hard to get a good pic but you can make it out.

Just did a count, I have 193 different loon variations and only have 105 missing

I am collecting each variant of loon in PL, PR, SP and then specials which are sometimes in silver, silver/gold gilded or gold. My criteria is the coins must have loon shape and 27mm. I have created my list from Coins & Canada site as well as from LCS listings.

My count would be 316 different Loons meeting that criteria. 73 Business Strikes 69 NBU 57 PL 47 SP 44 Proof not silver 26 Proof silver The count does not include any error coins

I don't have a full count, but don't forget the old style specimen loons from the Baby Animals sets. There is a list in the bin from years ago.

Specimen Loons are coming 1 per year from 1988 to 2009 and in 2016-2026 There were 2 in 1997 and 2011-2015 each. 3 in 2010. Another classification: Specimen "Classic Loon" loons - 1988-2001, 2003, 2010x2,2011-2015 (22 total) Specimen "Bird" loons - 1997,2002,2004-2019 (18 total) Specimen "Conservation" loons - 2020-2026 (7 total)
