I am not seeing it.
Advice always post objects in their normal position.

I'm sorry. The photo I uploaded was on its normal position, but for some reason it rotated when it got uploaded. Any tip how to correct this? Thanks

use the review button before you post, it may be straight on your device, but it gets rotated by the CCF software unless it matches parameters.

On the 82 and 83 mintmark, the center of the punch was damaged making it look like another punching was rotated, have to look at the serifs and the outside edges to note additional indications.

Not an RPM. It's caused by a Broken Mint Mark Punch.
