You can assume anything you wish about what constitutes a fancy serial but a good rule of thumb is, if you have to ask if a SN is fancy, it likely won't add any value to the note. You'll KNOW when you have a good serial. And condition almost always matters.

This may be a bit of stretch but think of custom license plates. Now, I don't know of (m)any states that have 8-character plate #'s, but would you pay extra for plate #30001331? Highly unlikely. How about #00001331 (or #1331)? Meh, probably not but maybe since it's sort of a radar. #00000031 (or #31)? Almost certainly.

That said, if it's fancy to YOU, great! Keep it and enjoy it.
