in the close up it's a BIE but your full obverse it's not

Nice BIE. There's a diverse range of them in the 1950s. Value? I'd say some, perhaps in the .15 to .50 range. Depends on the type BIE it is, the coin's overall condition, and what BIE collectors are willing to pay. I have a few dozen of them gathered through many rears of roll hunting and picking up a Wheat cent collection now and then.
