JDRMCB Pillar of the Community United States 616 Posts	Posted 09/16/2018 7:30 pm I read an article a while back that exposed a few of the devious tactics that criminals were using to sell drugs or launder money online in legitimate ways and this looks exactly like one of them. The article referred to the Bay as their website of choice but I guess it would work on Etsy too if it's anything like ebay. (Personally, I've never heard of it until now.) There's a lot of very dishonest seller, and sellers that do not know what they are talking about, when they try to sell coins. For coins, I would completely stay away from Etsy. Errers and Varietys. So, coins may qualify for being "vintage" but selling a 2017 Ford Focus doesn't fit. There are other platforms, such as Poshmark, doing the same thing. They supposedly restrict what you can and cannot sell, except they don't. Anyway, those two are relative start-ups compared to ebay and I would never lump them together.
