Eaglefoot and Jbuck, thanks to both of you. However, you explained it in a surprisingly similar way

Quote: Thanks, jbuck, for explaining! Actually it came just like this without any extra envelope. I'll keep it as it is for now, and see if it fits in any available 2x2s or the .. plastic round things later. However, if I put the Ike in the 2x2, I guess I'd have to put the token in one as well. Why don't you keep it how it is and buy one of those clear plastic pages and stick in there and put it in a binder with your other 2x2.

All my key date coins are slabbed by the big 4. Most of my keys are safely put away in a bank box anyway. I'll let them out a couple of times a year to enjoy holding (the slab) and looking at them. Right now, the 1856 Flying Eagle and 1795 Flowing Hair half are getting some attention along with these 2 new purchase.

1913 Barber Half. Mintage = 100,000 Condition Poor I paid $11.51 Not sure if it's real or not... Claimed to be salvaged off the coast of Maine. It looks a little "fishy" to me but for 1.75x melt what does it hurt?

It might hurt if it were made of something other than silver, but for that price I think it is a worthwhile conversation piece!

Thought I'd show off my new Roman! Issued by the Emperor Arcadius (ruled from 383-408 AD) Obv. DN ARCADIVS PF AVG (our lord Arcadius, dutiful and wise, Augustus) Rev. CONCORDIA AVGG (harmony, peace) Obv. These front facing busts are considerably rarer than the typical right facing busts of other emperors.
