Yes you're correct they are proof coins. Just was unsure about them being full steps. Actually didn't know that proof were certain to have them! Thanks
Generally, proof nickels should have full steps. There can still be weakness, or even damage on an impaired proof, that would preclude even a proof from being called FS, but the vast majority of unimpaired proofs should have them.

Don't mind if I say, GREAT photos. I haven't had great luck at good coin photos. Your shots appear to capture the coin as if it is in front of me. As for Full Steps.... my experience with the grading service companies has been that they will not give FS designation to proof or special mint set (SMS) coins.
