I got this one recently. It's a 1870 N with some light hairlines scratches in the field. Do you think VF-30 might be fair for this one?

Borderline coin.
Easy EF40 south of the border. (PCGS,NGC)
Easy VF30 this side of the border. (ICCS, CCCS)
Too bad there is nothing between for a fence sitter like me.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
