Hello I am lost all my coins 8 had been collecting since I was thirteen and I am slowly starting to build collection and had was wondering if somebody could tell me if this is an Improperly Annealed dime thanks

To CCF! It's probably a Environmentally Damaged coin. If it is, then it's Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

Stored away somewhere where it acquired dark toning, then it was put back into circulation. I really like the circulated cameo look.

Originally it was probably brown in color. When circulated or carried in the pocket for a time they turn a dark color. Carry it a while longer and the higher devices will turn back to the original color and the fields will stay dark.

Eventually in time it will come back to all the same color, but look dull.
