Im fairly certain this rascal is the 1989-D RPM 004. Mintmark positioning and serifs appear to match up on this end. Tough one to find and its in fairly good condition. Here are some pics. Can't get the notching to come in well but its there and moderately strong. This one has eluded me for 2 years.

Had to do a doubletake on this one, looked at so many that weren't I was skeptical until I put the 16× loop to it.

I can't see the notching with your pics but the mintmark positioning looks right. We definitely need better pics.

The notches are there but was unable to Kant the coin just right for clearer picture. This one will go in the B folder until I get better equipment. Thanks.
