US gold coins have a slight premium over spot, especially your 1908-D. But most of the value is in the gold. I would expect a buyer to pay a premium of $0-50 per coin, to resell at $50-100 premium.

I am no expert on detecting counterfeits, but something doesn't look right with the 1908 indian. It looks a little too smooth and the face of the indian looks like she is giving a snarling look.
The 06 coin looks to be high end AU. The rim ding on the reverse hurts it.
The 08 coin looks like a "questionable authenticity" coin to me. It has no luster, is overdipped and has a washed out appearance. It just doesn't look "right" to these tired old eyes.
