Hy I was searching through my coin rolls and found this penny which the fg looks like FG and the AM looks separated any help would be great thanks in advance.

Not the 1999P Wide AM - ( Proof Reverse)

Nope, that's a Close AM. The M is evenly spaced between the a and the M. The G in FG lacks the flared vertical bar.

Because the Close AM is normal for that year, you can safely spend it and put it back in circulation.
