I finally took the time to set up a better photo situation than my cell phone. Cheap light from Ikea, a cheap usb microscope, and Photoshop for cropping. I also own Lightroom but haven't used it yet. The below photos are of the same coin under different light angles (just a single source), and welcome any feedback or suggestions this group can give!

Despite the obvious lack of resolution in presenting it this way, for lighting I like the method employed on the lower right obverse and lower left reverse. However, that obverse pic has a slightly uncomfortable level of shadow to Liberty's immediate left. It's minor, but noticeable.

Overall, the others are too dark in my opinion.

Bottom right and bottom left. But only you can tell us if the colour is right.
