Can you please tell me if this coin is the DDO on the MM?

Hello, and it is not considered a DDO if it is on a MM. It is called an RPM. I don't think it is An RPM. When it is on a MM, it's called an RPM, or re-punched mint mark, like a D/D. It could also be called an OVMM, which is the abbreviation for Over mint mark, and it is not re-punched because it is over a different mint mark like a D/S or S/D. Your coin isn't showing either of these in my opinion. No added value. (Remember I'm not an expert!) Happy New Years and happy hunting!

The doubling you might be seeing could be Machine Doubling.

Keep in mind also the die flowing towards the rim. more of a SE direction. So when the die wears out, that also make lines in that direction.
