What Is Going On With This 2018-D Shield Cent?

I'm thinking its a die clash with die fatigue and possibly doubling in LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and maybe the date. Not real sure on this last part. I think I'm seeing notching and separation lines on the "E" in WE, the "R" and the "S" in TRUST.

Heavy die wear as well as circulation damage. Notice the Ridge Ring around the perimeter?

Towards the middle of the coin it looks like Lincoln's face has been rotated. PMD/die wear as well?
