1953-S Repunched Mint Mark / RPM Lincoln Cent?

Is there a trustworthy way of deciding if a mint mark fattening like this is an RPM or post mint damage? If it was clearer, I can see it being one of the RPMs I looked at on varietyvista.com. My goal is to not trash a lot of RPMs just because I don't feel they're clear enough to hold on to. Report this Post to the Staff
