Sorry but it is not a Cud. The coin took a hit on the edge and pushed an area up on the rim.

Looks more like post mint damage to me.

Not a Cud. The rim has pushed in metal caused by Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

The rim has been noticeably pushed inward by damage. Keep searching!
