1954-S Penny - Best Date Die Break So Far

Searched over 1000 1950's wheats so far and this is by far the biggest die break I've found in the date (at least I believe it's a die break). I think it is still a "chip" and not a "break" because of the size. I like it, though! If the die cracked at the dotted line ( Red Arrow ), and that portion broke free, I think the results would be exactly like the OP first photo. Dan Report this Post to the Staff
