Nice upgrade. This is one that has been on my bucket list for a while. I like the fact the wear is not really distracting from the design. Thank you for sharing.

It looks like a solid "Fine" to me (& makes me wonder how the first note, with the edge tears, discolouration, damage, got a "F12" grade- quite honestly). They seem worlds apart (your "F15" shows colour and straight borders). Very worthy upgrade indeed.

Thanks guys for your comments. Yes thats why I jumped on this note because its a clean note with all the margins in tacked. These notes are so rare that they are very hard to find..Thanks again
