Apart from pattern coins (essais? novedels?, trials?), what is the most numismatically valuable zinc or aluminium coin that has gone into circulation, anywhere in the World?

One rare and valuable aluminium coin I can think of is the 1943 French One Franc of the Republic (Morlon) design, which was struck in Algeria during World War II. There's also a zinc version of the same coin. Both are rare.

On the other hand the zinc and aluminium coins issued by the Vichy French State from 1941 to 1944, like this zinc 20 centimes, are mostly very common.

Here is a Hungarian uncirculated set of "current" coins. The filler denominations disappeared between 1989-99 due to inflation making their value very small. As of 2018, the smallest denomination was the 5 forint, the equivalent of 500 filler.

Here are some French 1 franc coins from the 1940's and a 1950 5 franc coin.
