I do not think so. You have to go through the banks.

Whatever you do, don't think govmint.com is in anyway connected w/the
government. They do have small (tiny) bags though.

I would be interested if you would be able to place an order with a carrier directly like Loomis. I believe they stay commercial, but I've never asked.

I do not think you can order a specific item from your bank. John1

You must have a contract with Loomis, Garda, Brinks, etc. to directly utilize their services.

I have asked my bank to order me new boxes of cents, and when they tried they were told that was not possible. When the bank places an order they get what they get. John1

Note that there is a cost to bring you the coins so even if you had an account with brinks or loomis it would not cost you face value for the coins it would could be several hundred dollars per trip. Thinks about it 2 or more security guards + specialized armored car.
This is not UBer.

So, get to know a vendor who does have a contract.
I use Moneytree & have my box(s) 24 hrs. later.
I heard recently they've an interest-free 24 hr. loan.

@jflournoy - Yes and no. The Fed banks does not sell coins or notes directly to consumers. But, you can order half dollar coins from the US Mint, by the bag or by the roll. For example, a few months ago, I bought a bag of 2018 half dollars (200 coins = $100.00 face value). They charged $139.95 plus shipping (but I got free shipping with a coupon), so it's a hefty mark-up over face value. The coins do not come directly from the mint. Instead, they are shipped from a third-party warehouse near Memphis, TN. The coins arrived in a small cardboard box, and inside the box was a small canvas bag sewn shut. I cut open the bag, sorted and counted the coins, checked for errors and varieties, but didn't find anything worthwhile. The coins were uncirculated and I even found a pile of dust (metal shavings) on my desk afterward! I'm sure you can find "unboxing" videos on Youtube that show exactly what you get. I'm glad I bought the bag because I always wanted to try it, but I wouldn't buy it again. https://catalog.usmint.gov/kennedy-...ag-18KA.htmlIf you have really deep pockets you could buy a PALLET of quarters or dollar coins from the mint. I've never done this but it looks like this: https://catalog.usmint.gov/bulk-pur...ing.html#atbFinally, I used to work in a retail cash office and one of my duties was to order cash and coin from our "merchant services" (Brinks). We ordered by the box (coin) or by the brick (cash). They don't take special orders - you get whatever is on top of the pile that day. We often got bricks of crisp, uncirculated banknotes, but the coins were mixed by rolls into boxes. FYI: they don't count the coins - they are weighed and rolled by machine, but I'm sure you knew that.

The mint does not ship. I read that somewhere.
