It has a very nice PL finish on both sides. Unfortunatly it has this light haze and dark surface tone that acetone wouldn't help. Is dipping PL Morgans bad? Grade is appreciated.

Looks like it may have been polished. Certainly something has been done to it that precludes straight grading. It does appear to have MS details.
