MY guess is MS 66. I'm new, at this so I'm probably wrong.

It would have to be nearly flawless to hit MS66. A Memorial cent in MS66 is as rare as hen's teeth! Once again, I'd have to say MS63-64.

I have noticed on 1963 LMC coins there is a "roundness" to the strike in many examples. This one looks that way to me also. Has anyone else ever noticed this? or am I just crazy?(which is a distinct possibility).

Most lack detail due to worn dies, they churned out so many it's incredible.
