The only place I could find a reference to it was in this municipal website for Grove, Oklahoma and I saw a broach with the same design. It is of a cross and a shepherd's hook. It is the symbol for the White Shrine of Jerusalem. Anyone know anything more please let me know. Thanks in advance.
