Flaw on the reverse NNW shield edge.

Is this a die chip? Is it an error worth mentioning?

Yup. Those are die chips. Unfortunately, these are extremely common on the shield cents. Especially along the shield edge. No extra premium for this. Happy hunting!

They are indeed Die Chips. You will come across these a lot CRH. Although, there's zero premium over face value for this.
