Hi, need some help to determine if I am seeing something extra where marked. There are lots of these listed but not any like this. I looked at some other ATB Delaware quarters and they look different in this spot.

Can you post a close up of another one that is normal for comparison ?

Could be a small Die Chip, but there's no way to tell for sure though.

Ok yes. Hopefully others will weigh in, but I guess that a small die chip is where my brain is. I agree that it is hard to know for sure.

I agree it is hard to tell from the image provided, but considering the shape and the size of the device in that particular area compared to the shape of the doubled spot , it looks like it could be a die chip.

It looks like there is a NW-SE scratch ending at the spot of the extra metal. The photos don't answer this question, but could this be PMD from whatever caused the scratch?

Fort Collins I think you nailed it, I took another photo from a different angle and I think it shows damage from that scratch.
