Hi Folks, just wondering if you can help me determine if this 1981 SBA dollar in my set is the Filled or Clear "S" variety. The "S" on my 1979 set was easily identified as filled variety and looked more like a blob. The 1981 variation seems much harder for me to figure out since it's not as obvious.I've looked at dozens of sites and can't quite seem to figure out which one mine is. All images are the same coin. I just have a cheap USB microscope and it was hard to get a clear image through the holder.

The "S" mint mark in your pictures look rounded = TYPE 1.

Flat "S"= TYPE 2

EDIT.. THIS INFO IS FOR YEAR 1981

Thank you! I just couldn't get my eyes to see the difference in the 1981 varieties on the web pages I was looking at. LoL
