Mila_cent Pillar of the Community United States 1767 Posts	Posted 09/01/2008 12:45 am In my numerous attempts to contact the winner, I am forced to find a new winner for phase 4. I am not pleased that I have to go this way. There is a reason why I ask all winners to PM me ASAP upon learning of their win and that is to avoid this kind of situation. In order to be fair, I allowed a fair amount of time to past and posted here, as well as sent email messages for the winner to contact with me and still no go. I can not wait any longer & I don't think you all want to either. Because the winner of phase 4 has not contacted me, I have decided to go forward and award the prize to the most numbers correct in your guess for Phase 4. Proko was the next to have all the numbers correct, but unfortunately you can win only once so... The most for phase 4 was arthrene with 8 correct - she also had already won in another phase, the next was docsfishin with 6 and he too won in another phase. That leave us with Jser with with 6 not 7 (as I had posted) correct. It's yours Jser, PM your mailing info. Email sent as well. I been trying to give you all your 1st choice of the 50 States design but some of you had similar 1st preference. It was impossible - you will, at least receive one of your favorites, if not all. Again this was a first to request - first to receive. All are on it's way! Look for the brown/yellow envelope in your box. Non-US are sent via Air-Mail.
