If the coin is raw and not cert'd, I would be very careful unless you can actually see it in hand first. It is nearly impossible to accurately grade a coin via a computer screen, and the difference between 1 or 2 points, or dipped or polished makes a 50% or more difference is what it's worth. If it's not on ebay, offer to pay to have it certified on your nickel ... $30-$40 is a small price to pay for permanent "feel good".
