Something about this doesn't look right, the lettering is off and the "one cent" seems larger than normal. Anyone else see it?

Looks OK to me. Since the raised design itself is tapered (like the die), as coins wear, the letters/digits appear wider and wider .. and effectively large and larger.

Appears to be acceptable.
It is not a penny it is a large cent, in those early days both pennies and cents circulated in Canada, the penny was worth Two Cents.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Hard to tell anything as the picture is so dark. Dark pictures or sellers only showing one side, I don't bid.
