IIRC, only some specific kinds of submitters (forgot which ones, but it sounded fancy) are eligible for the reward. If you're not one of those, you probably won't get the check, and might not get the pedigree label.
Also, I suspect that the check will be divided into so many parts that you might be looking at a payout well below $100 (I would not be especially surprised if it is below $10).

I believe you just had to be a club member or authorized dealer. The authorized dealer thing is for people who aren't members. That's how someone would have to do it without paying for a membership.

In my opinion, as of late PCGS policies have done more to make people go to NGC than NGC marketing could achieve on their own. Edited by jimbucks

Definitely congratulations.
(I wouldn't have the patience like the OP of waiting for it to be delivered. I probably would have delivered in person. Probably waiting outside their offices like a "Black Friday" sale)
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
