to CCF. I do not think it is a coin.I think it is a Medal or token.

It is similar to a silver Tsao Kun medal of 1923 L&M #960, and is also like a gold coin of 1923 L&M #1124.
Use this info in your searches and maybe you will have better results looking this up.
