kanga Pillar of the Community United States 5825 Posts	Posted 05/16/2019 09:35 am Since it's a 5FS that indicates to me the pressure during striking wasn't high enough. That would account for the 5FS. AND that would account for the high points on the obverse not being fully struck. That would mean that any marks on the raw planchet that ended up on the areas that became high points (cheek) would not be eliminated. Just a possibility. Report this Post to the Staff
