DoctorBurnzy Pillar of the Community United States 1378 Posts	Posted 12/22/2025 10:02 pm 1867 raw proof toned I won this last night in auction. A couple of days ago I was trying to determine if it was a proof or MS. Both are hard to come by. I found a stack Bower's auction from the past which described the 1867 pf IHC. The proofs for this year have a die scratch coming out of the second diamond running into the neck. Additionally on these proofs, there is a die chip present above the center of the ear in the hair which is easily spotted. I saw both present in the photos given. However, I would've bid on it if it were a proof or not! Report this Post to the Staff
