I found this 1999 p nickel and Dont know if its considered full steps or not. Anyone know thanks. Sorry couldn't get it turned right side up.

I'd say no, because the steps shows dings and scratches. Not Full Steps.

I think if you submitted it for grading, it would have a good chance at getting the FS designation. However, in that grade and year, it doesn't matter because the value is no different than a non-FS coin.

Most newer nickels (1990 and up) should be full steps due to the minting process...unless MS-67 or above not worth grading IMO

say yes FS the right side of the steps looks a tad iffy, but I think it passes for a FS designation. I don't see any hit on the steps that completely severs the continuous lines.
