These look like scans, essentially worthless. Need much larger pics that show the clear surfaces of both sides to evaluate.

That looks like a fingerprint at 10 on the obverse and 8 on the reverse.
If so I'd put it in acetone for a day or so and see if you can get rid of the print (or at least reduce its impact).
