Just a normal clash. (not a mad clash) What you are seeing there is a 'y' from LIBERTY. (1983? coin)

I don't know..IMO looks like a die scratch to me, and not an upside down Y..that's what I see..like I said..IMO

Edited: also remember 1983 was the first full year for copper plated zinc, in which they had many problems with the plating process...what you marked below could just be dust/debris under copper plate, or plate bubbles/gases

Hello all, I posted cause that does not look like a normal clash. Here are the areas I am asking about. If that is a Y, What would the clash marks above the Y be? In the normal coin, there is nothing below LIBERTY, to cause those clashes.
