The seller mislabeled a 1988 RDV-005 for the very scarce 1988 RDV-006. Ouch! Shouldn't even be selling so-called "variety" coins on ebay.

Yeah Daves Errors, I looked at the sellers other items on ebay, and there's a few coins with PSD. I even saw a 1990 and 1971 on there too. Those two coins I mentioned are face value coins.
