1999 Oregon Quarter Re-Engraved Letters

Not the most beautiful, but seen this on the Oregon Reverse Letters. What are you thoughts on the "WISDOM JUSTICE MODERATION"? They look like they may of been re-engraved. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/27/2019 12:05 am Raised letters or incuse: If they are incuse letters and they are enlarged, then it is Machine Doubling. If they are reduced, then it is a doubled die. If they are raised letters, then they would be enlarged to be a doubled die and reduced if it is Machine Doubling. Report this Post to the Staff
