I have a 1964 Lincoln Cent. It is so shiny it looks like it may be from a set but I don't know. Should I get this penny graded? I even thought I saw doublings on the initials and to me it looks like full steps.

Full steps are generally a designation on nickels. From the look at your pics , the steps are definitely damaged or from worn dies. Unless your coin is worth over a $100 or more or questionable & needs authentication, grading is pointless.

Not worth getting it graded by a TPG. It would cost way more than the coin is actually worth.

I wouldn't put the time, effort or money in to it to get it graded. I don't see any significant added value.
Rest in Peace

Yeah there is definitely wear on the memorial, but still a nice coin.
