CORRECTION!
Boys and girls, this is what happens when you get old.
The date on the coin is an odd number. My apologies. Thank goodness that was the last question.
Any guesses made that are even numbered will be ignored and the guesser will have another guess.
Once the correct date guessed, I will turn myself over to the authorities.

Spanish rule ended in Cuba, concluding 400 years of the Spanish Empire in the Americas. Opel Motors opened for business in Germany. The Great Blizzard of 1899 occurred. Bayer aspirin was invented. The paperclip was patented. Alfred Dreyfus was pardoned in France. The Bronx zoo opened. Al Capone was born. August Anheuser Busch, Jr. was born. Fred Astaire was born. Alfred Hitchcock was born. Jadey was born. Yep, a lot of stuff happened that year. But there is one thing that did not happen that year. That one thing is, my coin was NOT minted that year.

ANOTHER CORRECTION!!!
You know, maybe I should just disqualify my self and start collecting stamps or cutting out paper dolls. There was a question;"was it minted before 1896?" to which I replied NO.
I'm sad to say the answer was YES, it was minted before 1896. I am right now getting a tattoo of the date on the top of my foot for future reference.
If we want to just scrap this round and someone else can take over , that might be prudent.

Computers, copiers, printers, TV's, VCR's all kinds of stuff. I'd do stand up, but I'm too old. I'd have to do sit down. One things for sure, I can't keep track of 20 questions!
